Markus Stocker (mstocker@clarkparsia.com) is currently interning with Clark & Parsia, LLC.
Before C&P, Markus joined the Semantic Web group at HP Labs Bristol (UK) where he implemented the ARQ optimizer based on the theory developed for his MSc thesis at the University of Zurich supervised by Prof. Avi Bernstein and Christoph Kiefer.
During his studies, Markus worked for multiple Swiss companies (Julius Baer, Neolution GmbH, Archivista GmbH, Farner Consulting AG) as a part-time employee with main focus on web-based software development.
Markus will be interning with C&P until January 2009 after which he’ll start a PhD, hopefully in the C&P research field.
